01General

This website belongs to Pak Khazar Tehran Industrial Group and presents Pak Khazar and group-brand products, sells them online and provides after-sales service.

02Product information

We try to keep product photos and specifications accurate, but colours and details may look slightly different on screen and specifications may change as products are updated. Each appliance's final specifications are those on its label and in its manual.

03Placing and confirming orders

An order in the online shop is a request to buy; no payment is taken on the website. After you order, a sales specialist calls the number you gave to agree the final price, payment method, delivery cost and time. The order is final once this is agreed and paid.

If a product is unavailable or the order details are incomplete or incorrect, Pak Khazar may decline or cancel the order and will let you know.

04Prices

Prices shown as “sample price” are for comparison only and are not official prices. The final price of an order is given when our sales specialist calls and is agreed with you before payment.

05Delivery, handover and cancellation

Delivery time and cost are given when the order is confirmed. Check the package and appliance on delivery and report any damage at once. You can follow your order with its reference on the My account page.

You can cancel an order by calling the sales team at any time before it ships. Returns of shipped goods follow consumer-protection law and are arranged with the sales team.

06Warranty and after-sales service

Products are covered by Pak Khazar's official warranty; its length and conditions are on the Warranty page. Installation, repair and servicing must be done by authorised service centres.

07Your obligations

The information you enter in forms must be true and your own. Using the forms for advertising, harassment or attempts to reach other people's information is not allowed.

08Intellectual property

The names, logos, images and content of this website belong to Pak Khazar and the group's brands and may not be used without written permission; magazine articles may be quoted with credit and a link to the page.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute will first be addressed through discussion with our sales or service team.
