- Validity
Valid for 24 months from installation
This warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of installation. Its free services are provided only by the company’s after-sales service units.

Installation by authorised agents
If the appliance is installed by the company’s authorised after-sales agents, it is covered for 24 months from the installation date.
- Coverage
Spare parts and labour
During the 24-month warranty period, the cost of spare parts and of the labour to fix the appliance’s technical defects is borne by the company.
- Not covered
What the warranty does not cover
Repairing damage caused by transport, power fluctuations, improper use of the appliance or repair by unauthorised persons is outside the obligations of this warranty.
- Voiding
When the warranty becomes void
Any alteration to the warranty text, or any change to the appliance’s serial or model number, voids the warranty and releases the company from the obligations it contains.

The company undertakes to supply parts and provide out-of-warranty service for 10 years after installation.

Your name and mobile number, the product's brand and category, its model and serial number, the purchase date and place, the installation date, and the province, city and address where it is installed. The invoice number and the installer's name and code are optional.
